~Andrea has been walking my dog Riley for well over 4 years. She is amazing and Riley is still nuts each time Andrea comes to the door! She takes her on adventures all over the East Bay (swimming, park, hiking, walking) and Riley always comes home tired. Andrea occasionally leaves a treat or two when dropping her off which is always kind. Andrea has my key, knows my alarm and is 100% trustworthy. She comes to our house when she says and always returns Riley in one piece timely. She is completely trustworthy and dependable.
Andrea and Samantha do dog-boarding also. This is fabulous as all I have to do is say when we're leaving town and Andrea is there to pick up Riley and always delivers her home when I ask. She is so flexible and works well with my schedule which is often changing:) I would use them again and again and now many of my friends use them also. Piccos is wonderful and I wouldn't have such a happy dog without them! -Stephanie B
~I'm surprised that Andrea and Samantha are not on Yelp yet! They are pretty great! They have been walking my dogs for one year now and every time I go out of town they take care of them like they were their own. I usually deal with Andrea and I can swear on my puppies that she is awesome. I'm a creepy dog person and she is able to put up with my crazy requests, and she does it gladly. She is fun, sweet and she does her job very well. When I come back from my weekends the dogs are always in great shape and super tired. When she walks them , I come home and they don't even jump on me to say hi, they are just destroyed and happy. They are always excited when they see Andrea or her staff. The rates are VERY reasonable and they give you good deals. I recommend Picco's Paws because they are the first dog sitters who I truly feel comfortable with; they are committed to do a good job and they really love animals, they don't have crazy rules and they speak clearly about what they do or what they don't do. And just to let you know, Pete and freckles are barking..they agree with me! ~Francesca
~Andrea walks/dog sits my husky Nikki pretty frequently. My dog loves her and Andrea is SO good with dogs - she genuinely enjoys them and plays with them all the time. Plus, many huskies are high maintenance (e.g. small animal predatory, questionable recall) and I feel like Andrea is very cautious with her - I really trust her. Whenever my dog comes home from Andrea's she is exhausted, it's really nice and I don't feel guilty. Plus now Picco's Paws sells dog food,etc. so you can get your dog walked and save a trip to the pet store. -Patrice C
~Andrea and Samantha have been walking our dog for about 1 yr . They have worked wonders! We adopted an older dog from a shelter who had separation anxiety. He was barking and tearing our house apart. Since he started his walks, he stopped barking and destroying the house. He has also learned how to play with other dogs and even how to ride calmly in the car! Andrea and Samantha are super easy to work with and bend over backwards to accommodate changes in our schedule. Andrea and Samantha are very reliable and their rates are extremely reasonable. I cannot recommend them highly enough! -Alice P.
~Andrea and her staff have been walking my dogs for over 2 yrs now and they absolutely love her. They are always happy to see her, she takes them on all sorts of exciting adventures so they never get bored. They never go to the same place twice in one week.
Andrea is very reliable and I trust her completely. She has a key to my home and often keeps the dogs for overnights. Andrea is always concerned about their health and well being and she makes sure they get plenty of exercise so by the time I get home from work they are happy and satisfied (which means I don't have to feel guilty about leaving them alone all day) She takes both my dogs and her rates are reasonable. -Debra W
